What is walczyn.ski and what services do I offer?

walczyn.ski is a leadership platform I’m launching on June 1st, 2025. It will combine personalized coaching with practical content to help you tackle leadership challenges.

I’ve designed it with flexibility in mind, offering everything from free resources to premium programs that adapt to your preferred learning style and leadership journey.

We’ll start with a relaxed 30-minute chat to get to know each other and see if we’re a good match.

If we click, we’ll typically meet every two weeks for 90-minute sessions, blending my framework (self-leadership, team leadership, and management) with your day-to-day challenges, questions, and reflections.

For one-to-one mentoring, you would invest 150 € per hour (225 € per 90-minute session) in your growth, excluding VAT.

The good news is that many companies cover this as a tax-deductible leadership expense. I’m happy to provide any documentation you need for reimbursement.

Your leadership journey is unique! Some leaders need a brainstorming session “here and there,” while others thrive with a focused 3-4 month program or appreciate ongoing support over 12+ months.

We’ll start by defining clear objectives, regularly checking in on your progress, and adjusting our approach together as you grow.

While my experience connects especially well with tech leaders, my approach works across all industries for those ready to embrace new perspectives.

My mentees range from first-time team leads to seasoned managers, all sharing a genuine desire to become more thoughtful, effective leaders.

I’m in the trenches with you! Unlike consultants focused solely on methods and frameworks, my guidance comes from real-world leadership experience.

We’ll develop practical skills based on what actually works in today’s environment, drawing from my decade of experience across diverse teams and cultures.
