AI Transparency

Trust is earned through clarity. This page explains how I work, meaning which tools I use, under which principles, and with which responsibility standards. If you read or watch something I created, you deserve to know how it came to life.

1. Use of AI tools

I use generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to support the creation of some of my content, including texts, course materials, and blog articles. These tools help me explore ideas, refine language, and speed up research. However, the core ideas, structure, tone, and final wording always come from me.

For example, I'll structure an article, write it from my experience, and occasionally use AI to generate alternative phrasings for complex sections or check if I've missed essential perspectives.

I see AI as a modern tool, not a shortcut. I use it consciously and responsibly, verifying every output for accuracy, bias, and relevance before anything goes live. Of course, I’m ultimately a victim of my own biases and blind spots, so I can’t avoid the unknown unknowns.

2. Editing & Review Process

I never publish first drafts. Sometimes, there might be a great one-take with a video, but my writing process is iterative. I refine each content piece with care by rephrasing and rewriting, removing what doesn't serve, and adding clarity where needed. I aim to always express myself in a way that matches my tastes and preferences. Tools like Grammarly or DeepL Write sometimes support this process, but the final voice is always my own.

3. Sources & Research

My ideas come from real-world practice, such as working with people, solving problems, and building companies. When referencing models or theories, I ensure they are relevant and reliable. I make an honest effort to think for myself, acknowledging that my socio-cultural upbringing and my exposure to the media and narratives in my part of the world will affect my thinking significantly.

Sometimes, an idea starts as a client conversation. Other times, it comes from a memory, a book, or an article that made me see things differently. What matters is that it's been tested in reality, not just in theory.

4. Responsibility & Integrity

I only speak about what I know and what I've lived. I don't pretend to have all the answers, but I share what works and where I'm still learning. Every word you read here is part of a more profound commitment to be helpful, honest, and authentic.

5. Tools I Use

To run this platform and brand and to serve my clients and audiences, I use a few carefully selected tools:

  • LearnWorlds for course delivery
  • Calendly for scheduling
  • Pipedrive for CRM
  • Mailchimp for email marketing
  • Zapier for automation
  • Google Analytics 4 for usage analytics with full cookie consent
  • WhatsApp Business for application processes
  • Notion for content planningLoom for video communication
  • Canva for visual design
  • Claude & ChatGPT for ideation and editing support
  • Grammarly & DeepL for editing support

These tools help me deliver a better experience but never replace real human connection.

6. Authorship & Copyright

I created everything you see here with care, time, and personal judgment. While AI tools may support my work, they never own the result. All rights to the content on this site remain with me unless otherwise stated.

7. Data Privacy

Your data is only used for the specified purposes and never shared with third parties without your consent. As a business based in Europe and Germany, I'm subject to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and take these obligations seriously. I ensure that no personal data is processed using AI tools or other services without explicit consent. All tools have been selected based on strict privacy criteria. Details can be found in my Privacy Policy.

8. Your Feedback

Transparency is an ongoing process. If you have questions about how I work or suggestions for improving this page or my work, I'd welcome your message at charles@walczyn.ski.
