I'm Charles, founder of walczyn.ski – a coaching & mentoring business for emerging leaders in tech-driven companies. I work with clarity, empathy, and focus, and I'm looking for a reliable and creative partner to help shape and scale this brand across digital channels.

What you'll do

You'll work directly with me to shape the public face and internal engine of walczyn.ski. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Create & edit visual-first content (video, graphics, slides) - approx. 40% of your time
• Manage and grow our social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) - approx. 30% of your time
• Write & edit strong copy (captions, landing pages, emails)
• Maintain and develop our learning platform (LearnWorlds)
• Optimize our workflows with smart tools and systems (automation, templates, AI support)
• Assist in creating and running ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

What I'm looking for

You don't need a résumé - just a proven ability to create and execute. I want to work with someone who's self-driven, creative, and gets things done.

Must-have qualities:

• Experience in content creation (e.g., you've created social media posts that drove engagement, produced videos that conveyed clear messages, or designed graphics that attracted attention)
• Strong visual skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
• Clear, confident writing that captures attention and communicates value
• Experience managing social media accounts with established workflows
• Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to enhance your work
• Responsive communication (typically within 24 hours)
• Ability to work independently, with good structure and follow-through

Nice-to-have qualities:

• Experience with coaching or professional development content
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles
• Experience with LearnWorlds or similar learning platforms

Logistics:

• Based anywhere in the world – I especially welcome applicants from Ukraine, the Philippines, and South Africa
• Available 2 days or 16 hours per week, with some flexibility on scheduling
• Starting at €10–15/hour, approx. €900–1.300/month, depending on experience & location
• You need a powerful and reliable laptop and smartphone and fast internet. Depending on what you have and can use already, I'll take care of licenses and access to all relevant tools.
