What exactly does walczyn.ski offer?
We
offer digital educational content for leaders in technology-oriented
industries. This includes online video courses, downloadable templates, 1:1
mentoring, group formats, and hybrid leadership development programs.
How long do I have access to the content?
For non-downloadable content such as video courses and coachings, you receive permanent access from the date of purchase - which means for as long as the product remains available on our platform.
Downloadable templates and materials are yours to keep. For mentoring packages and programs, the access depends on the duration specified in the product description.
Should the platform or a product be discontinued, we will offer a reasonable transition period and download options wherever possible.

Yes,
we regularly update our content to reflect the latest best practices. During
your access period, you will receive major updates at no additional cost.
Payment & Pricing
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all payment methods available on the LearnWorlds platform, including credit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all displayed prices already include German VAT (19%). For business customers from the EU with a valid VAT ID, the reverse charge procedure applies.
What happens with price changes?
Price changes do not affect purchases already made. For subscriptions, you will be informed at least 30 days before a price change.
Are there special regulations for international customers?
Yes, for customers outside the EU, specific taxes and fees may apply according to local law, for which you are responsible. Our terms and conditions are based on German and EU law but also respect the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
Usage Rights & Licenses
May I share the content with colleagues?
No, access is personal and non-transferable. Each user needs their own license. For companies, we offer discounted team packages, please contact us via charles@walczyn.ski.
Can I use the materials for my own courses?
No, usage is restricted to personal or internal use. Use for commercial training purposes is not permitted without express written permission.
May I adapt downloadable materials?
You may adapt templates for your personal or internal business use. However, creating and distributing derivative works is not permitted.
Right of Withdrawal & Refunds
Can I cancel a purchase?
For digital content that is made immediately accessible, you waive your right of withdrawal (according to EU Directive 2011/83/EU). This is clearly communicated during the purchase process and requires your explicit consent.
Are there exceptions for refunds?
In certain cases, we can offer a

Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations on shorter notice or no-shows, the session may be charged in full.
How do cancellations work for group events?
- For cancellations at least 14 days before the start, you can receive a full refund or credit
- For cancellations 7-13 days before the start, you can receive a 50% refund or full credit
- For cancellations less than 7 days before the start, no refund is possible, but possibly a partial credit at our discretion

How is my personal data protected?
We process your data according to our privacy policy and in compliance with the GDPR. Our learning platform LearnWorlds meets ISO 27001 standards for information security management.
Which services are used for data processing?
We use LearnWorlds (learning platform), Stripe (payment processing), Pipedrive (customer relationship management), Mailchimp (email marketing), Zapier (automation), Google Analytics 4 (website analysis), and Zoom (video conferences). All service providers are carefully selected and contractually bound.
Is my data processed outside the EU?
Yes, some data may be transferred to service providers outside the EU, particularly to the USA. We have implemented appropriate safeguards as required by the GDPR, including standard contractual clauses. We note that following the Schrems II ruling, risks may exist for data transfers to the USA despite these protective measures.
What rights do I have as a California resident?
As a California resident, you have specific rights under CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal data we collect, the right to delete your personal data, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data.
What is the "Introduction to Business Responsibility" Series?
This is our multi-part educational email series that provides insights into business responsibility. When you request this content, you agree to receive both the educational series and occasional emails with practical insights and updates. We use Mailchimp for delivery, which implements a double opt-in procedure. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

May sessions be recorded?
Recordings are only permitted with prior written consent of all participants. In group sessions, a strict confidentiality obligation applies to all shared information.
What happens with technical problems during a session?
For technical problems on our side that significantly affect the quality of the session, we offer a new appointment or a proportional refund.
What technical requirements apply for virtual sessions?
You need a stable internet connection, a device with camera and microphone, and an up-to-date browser. Technical problems on your side do not entitle you to refunds.
