Last Updated: April 10, 2025
Version: 1.0

Our Vision

At walczyn.ski, we create more than just courses. We build a global community of forward-thinking leaders in technology-oriented industries. We believe in the transformative power of knowledge that is shared and collaboratively developed.

These Community Guidelines define how we interact with each other, learn from one another, and grow together.

Our Core Values

Respect and Appreciation

We treat all members of our community with respect, regardless of their background, position, experience, or perspective. We value diversity as a source of innovation and creativity. We recognize that our global community represents various cultural backgrounds and communication styles, and we welcome these differences.

Openness and Authenticity

We foster an honest, transparent exchange of ideas and experiences. Authenticity and vulnerability are valued as they enable genuine learning and personal growth. We encourage members to share their unique perspectives while remaining open to different viewpoints.

Learning Orientation

We believe in continuous learning and growth. We view mistakes and challenges as valuable learning opportunities and generously share these insights with others. Our community is a space where questions are welcomed and curiosity is encouraged.

Constructive Feedback

Feedback is a gift. We give and receive feedback in a constructive, respectful manner that is oriented toward personal and professional growth. We focus on specific behaviors and impacts rather than making judgments about individuals.

Shared Responsibility

We share responsibility for a positive, enriching community experience and support each other through personal and professional challenges. Every member contributes to creating and maintaining our community culture.
